Refund & Return Policy – BLA

We are committed to providing our customers with the best online shopping experience. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re always looking for ways to improve. Our team is ready to assist you with any concerns regarding your order.

How to Initiate a Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@bla.com with your order details. Our team will respond as quickly as possible with return instructions.


Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from BLA (not from third-party sellers).

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 business days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • The product must arrive in resellable condition.

  • Promotional items or free gifts may be excluded from return unless a wrong item or size was sent.

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping amount will be deducted.


Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived and cannot be tracked, please contact contact@bla.com. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a refund or arrange a replacement shipment.

Please note: All refunds are processed as credit transfers to your bank account. We do not issue refunds in cash.


Damaged or Incorrect Items / Exchanges

Once we receive the returned product:

  • It will be inspected by our team.

  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Exchanges are shipped after verification and processing.

  • Return or exchange resolution typically takes 1–2 weeks after receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of the order by the customer

  • Returned items, if eligible

  • Partial refunds (e.g. items returned in poor condition or after the return window)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing Timelines

  • Credit Card: 5 to 7 business days

  • Debit Card/Bank Transfers: 7 to 14 business days

  • Actual credit timing may depend on your bank's internal processes

  • All refunds are made via Electronic Funds Transfer

  • No cash, cheque, or draft refunds are provided

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeline, please check with your bank and then contact us.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind after shipping.

  • BLA is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues.

  • Product color/design may vary slightly due to screen differences — please review all product details before purchase.
