Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 to 12 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK and due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time. You can also check the status of your order through your account on our website.

Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the parcel before signing or accepting it.
If the package appears damaged, you should:

  • Refuse delivery and clearly inform the courier of the issue

  • Notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you

Please note that if you accept a visibly damaged parcel without reporting any issues, we may not be able to accept liability for any damage caused during transit.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link.
Should there be no updates or if you suspect the parcel may be lost, contact us and we will investigate.
In the event of a confirmed loss by the courier, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement

  • A full refund, based on your preference

Shipping to an Alternative Address
You can specify a different shipping address during checkout, separate from your billing address.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or other delivery issues and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Note: Re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer unless the error was made on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
We will arrange a free return and offer, based on your preference:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund
